As a renowned physical therapist and functional medicine nutritionist, I've dedicated over 25 years to helping our resort town's community stay active and free from knee pain.

My journey has taken me from teaching in PT school to owning physical therapy practices, including implementing a PT program for our local ski resort's staff.

My unique approach blends traditional orthopedic physical therapy with functional medicine nutrition principles.
